We deliver to all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
All orders are shipped through trusted international couriers, ensuring tracking and delivery security at every stage.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected:

During peak seasons (such as holidays, Christmas, or Black Friday), delivery times may be slightly longer.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery in real time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
In some regions, we offer free shipping for orders above a certain value — please check the conditions on the cart page.
5. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Auda Store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us for this reason, reshipping costs will apply.
7. Order Tracking
All shipments include online tracking.
You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 7 calendar days.
After reviewing the case, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund at no additional cost.
